South Africa defeated Bangladesh in the 2nd and last T20 international to clinch the two match series 2-0. Batting first South Africa scored 169 at the loss of four wickets and in reply Bangladesh could only manage 138 all out.

Bengal defeated hosts Baroda by 9 wickets at the Moti Bagh Stadium in Vadodara based mainly on a superb bowling performance from speedster Ashok Dinda. However, it was big time disappointment for Bengal as they narrowly missed out in entering the Quarter Finals.
